BOMA International has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Winter Business Meeting and National Issues Conference.
Considering the State of Emergency declared this morning in Washington, DC, as well as in 14 states due to the impending winter storm, the safety of our members, partners, and staff remains our highest priority. We recognize that this decision causes significant inconvenience, and we do not take it lightly.
📞 If you reserved a room at the conference hotel, please contact the Westin DC Downtown directly at 202-898-9000 to cancel your hotel reservation.
We are currently working closely with our insurer and other service providers and will share additional information in the coming weeks regarding refunds and the option to transfer registration fees to the 2026 BOMA International Conference & Expo.
While the in-person meetings are cancelled, we do plan to move forward with a few virtual committee meetings and a virtual Board of Governors meeting, to be held on the same date and at the same time as originally scheduled. 💻 Details and access information will be shared shortly.
