Green Grow Gallaudet Gallaudet University's Green Grow Organization fosters sustainability education, creativity and collaboration to make our community a greener world.

Gallaudet University's urban organic garden. Work on sustainability education projects. Spread the awareness about environment and sustainability. Innovating the short films entertainment to share the message with one another. Many people are using technology devices today. We often overlooked the importance of beautiful nature because we looked at phone. We need to have a break from technology and observe what we have on earth. It is a therapeutic garden. It is the great way to reduce your stress! There are spirit surround the earth that we don't see every day. We are created to connect with nature and have a spiritual life. We are open throughout four seasons. Come and connect with us!

Garden and Sustainability Internship

Positions available: Manager and Horticultural Assistants

Benefits:
Lodging and meals for the whole summer, Fall gets meal plan
Opportunity to create sustainability projects on campus
Learn about gardening, compost, recycling, and horticulture
Make connections with others who have similar interests
Build a network with other organizations

Responsibilities:
Take care of the garden: water, prune, and harvest!
Work on sustainability education projects on campus
Collaborate with Green Grow Organization, Facilities Department, Bon Appetit and other interns

Requirements:
Must be a responsible and dependable person
Interest in gardening and sustainability
Work well with others as a team
Enjoy working outdoors
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
