One of my team members recently needed to have a difficult conversation.
She’d written it all out—but when she read it aloud, she paused. “I want to get my point across,” she said, “but I’m worried it’s going to come off too harsh.”
I told her, “Throw it into ChatGPT. Tell it how you want the conversation to feel. Ask it to help you adjust the tone.”
She did. And when she read the revised version back to me… it was SO much better.
It still hit hard—but it wasn’t harsh.
She got her point across.
And she did it with compassion.
This is how we’re using AI at Children’s Choice.
