Wonderful to be able to bring joy through my art! Sundays Open Studios were a success. Thank you to Amy Mazur for taking most of these photos and also Emma (Karen Ruckman’s daughter) who took one of the photos. I always get so much out of the conversations with studio visitors. Open Studios Next Sunday at the Jackson Art Center, 12-4 PM! I hope to see you there! Lots of new art in my studio, including some new black walnut head dolls. And lots of other great studios to visit, music and a children's workshop!

At the wonderful Women Artists of the DMV exhibit opening at ARTspiration Gallery in Frederick, MD yesterday. With my daughter Ray. My flip doll, Persephone/Demeter was juried into the show by Lenny Campello. This was the 18th venue of this sprawling show including more than 500 artists.
