Embark on a journey to explore the intricate relationships between sound, mood, health, and body. With its roots in ancient global traditions, such as Tibetan gongs and bowls, as well as the Salish Drum Circles of the Pacific Northwest, sound healing has evolved through advances in aural science. By investigating the effects of specific frequencies and tones on cellular structure and biological processes, sound healing has become a valuable holistic tool for relaxation, repair, and healing. Our monthly sessions begin with setting a personal intention, followed by guided meditation and a sonic bath. Each month, we'll utilize specific frequencies and tones to aid in cellular repair, anxiety reduction, and stress relief.

Postnatal yoga starts Friday!

This postnatal class series, designed for people with babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling, will focus on exploring and learning about how the core, pelvic floor and joints can all be affected by pregnancy and how we can work to heal, strengthen and stabilize. Restorative poses throughout each class will help soothe baby-addled nerves. And with babies welcome in class (both online or in person), you can feel free to stop your practice anytime you need to care for baby. And you’ll receive a recording of each class, so if you had to leave practice to care for baby, you can pick up where you left off on the recording later! Each class gives you a chance to connect with other new parents in the community and talk about any issues you are having with your post baby body.

Available online or in person, recorded if you miss a class.

This postnatal class series is designed for new parents with babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling. We’ll explore how pregnancy affects the core, pelvic floor, and joints, and work on healing, strengthening, and stabilizing. Restorative poses will help calm those baby-addled nerves. Classes are welcoming to babies, both online and in-person, so feel free to pause for baby care. You’ll receive class recordings, allowing you to catch up later. Connect with fellow new parents, discuss post-baby body changes, and enjoy some community time. Classes are available online, in-person, or recorded for later viewing.

Join prenatal yoga teacher and birth and postpartum doula Rebecca Henry for an engaging partner workshop that combines childbirth education with yoga techniques to help you become a supportive birth partner. This workshop focuses on teaching partners how to use yoga postures and breathing techniques to provide comfort and support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. Many prenatal yoga postures are natural birthing positions that can ease discomfort during pregnancy and labor, especially with a partner's added support. This class will teach partners how to help move between these positions and provide physical support, enhancing natural labor progression when the laboring person feels comforted. By taking an active role, partners can become a more relaxing presence during labor.
