PPHI Sindh Jamshoro giving emergency medical cover, shifted the client with the following details for c-section to LUMHS Jamshoro from Special Education Institution Kotri under the supervision of Mr. Zakir Hussain Samo, District Nutrition Coordinator, Ms. Tania w/o Hakim chandio r/o Murad Chandio with gestational age 38 weeks with the breech presentation was referred to LUMHS Jamshoro. She gave birth to Baby Boy and the patient was discharged from the hospital. The District Team as per routine visited the IDPs camp and successfully met the lady. Mother and baby are both fine.
