Eating disorders can affect anyone, regardless of body shape, weight, gender, or age. They are complex mental health conditions, not a reflection of self-control or appearance. Someone may look “healthy” on the outside while struggling intensely on the inside.

It’s crucial to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and approach this topic with empathy and understanding. Recovery is possible, but support is key, through professional care, community resources, and compassionate listening.
