Our first year students were able to learn about Aquatic therapy in their Foundations of Interventions class! Thank you to the GW Lerner Health and Wellness Center for giving our students this special opportunity!🏊‍♂️🏊

Our second year students had an amazing semester in their Prosthetics and Orthotics class! They were able to get hands-on experience testing out different prosthetics and orthoses, speak with patients from Dr. Ostovari’s clinic, and learn more about the role PTs play in the process!

Adaptive Mobility Day! Our second year students were able to learn about different wheelchairs and adaptive mobility equipment with a hands on experience, as well as learn the essentials of wheelchair prescription.

Our GW DPT students participated in PT Day of Service by giving back to the DC community! They made hygiene kits and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for those in need, as well as cards for children in the hospital. 💙
