As a CPT and Health Coach, my passion and purpose is to inspire people to approach health from a holistic standpoint. Often people get so consumed by the physical benefits of fitness, they miss out on the mental, emotional, and spiritual journey that goes along with it. I believe a holistic approach to fitness - one that encourages intuitive eating, mindfulness, and movement - helps people find true balance and ultimately, greater satisfaction. I believe in adapting various modality of exercise such as boxing, cardio boxing, dancing, calisthenics, and weight lifting to help my clients meet their goals and stay motivated.
