Penny’s a gentle, shy little soul who’s been through a lot and is still learning that people can be kind. She would do best in a quiet, adult only home where she can take things at her own pace and feel safe or responsible older kids. Calm and patience are key. She prefers to quietly observe until she feels ready. Penny isn’t looking for much — just a soft spot to rest and someone who’ll let her bloom in her own time.
