One of the most important parts of being an athlete is taking care of your WHOLE self!

Our doctors were all athletes in high school and college (while becoming doctors 😲) so they know exactly how to help you (and your children) when it comes to chiropractic care. We ALSO have separate appointments to go over which stretches and exercises are best, along with dietary suggestions and taping techniques.

Remember that you only have one body; taking care of it is probably a good idea;)

When you have the most thoughtful patients ever!

After hearing the front desk lamenting about having forgotten certain items while grocery shopping earlier and dreading going back to Kroger….kindness and empathy prevailed 😆☺️
Our patient left, went to Kroger, then came back to drop off dinner supplies!

It’s the little things that light up our hearts ❤️
(Especially when the hearts are those of moms that usually run around nonstop🥰)
