Emotions aren’t meant to be dissected — they’re meant to be felt all the way through.
We spend so much time trying to explain, control, or make sense of our feelings… when the real work is learning to sit with ourselves.
When we finally allow space to feel, we also come face-to-face with the weight of our lineage — the wounds we’ve inherited, the patterns we’ve absorbed, the generational pain we were never taught how to hold.
Most of us learned to push it down. To stay busy. To stay strong.
But unprocessed emotions don’t disappear. They wait for us to return to them.
This is your reminder:
Let go of the stories.
Let go of the need to figure everything out.
Be with your SELF — gently, honestly, without rushing.
Because when you allow your emotions to move through you, you’re not only healing yourself…
You’re releasing what generations before you couldn’t, and creating freedom for those who come after.
Make space to breathe.
