To continue providing the elevated experience and intentional care you expect from us, we’ve updated our appointment policies.

We kindly require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

We’ve also added a dedicated Policies page to our website outlining:
• Cancellation guidelines
• Gift card usage (valid within one year)
• Our no-refund policy

These standards allow us to protect our providers’ time, honor other clients waiting for appointments, and maintain the level of service PRISMA is known for.
