Looking for a peaceful way to reset your body and mind? Join us Monday mornings at 10:00 AM at The Root Empowerment Center for a gentle, beginner-friendly class led by Julie Popadich.

This 60-minute class includes a series of laying, seated, and standing poses—accompanied by calming, faith-based, and upbeat music. It’s perfect for all levels, especially beginners!

🌿 What to Know:
✔ No experience necessary
✔ First class is FREE!
✔ Pay in person (cash, check, or Venmo)
✔ No registration required
✔ Please arrive 15 minutes early if it’s your first time
