This is your gentle reminder 💛 — Tiffany's FREE Calm Birth Workshop is happening this Wednesday at The Root, and we would love to welcome you.

If you’ve been curious about HypnoBirthing®, wanting to feel more prepared, or simply looking for a calm, supportive space to explore your options, this is a beautiful place to begin.

Together we’ll explore:
