At Village Health Urgent and Family Care you can be seen by a Board-certified Emergency Physician and there is currently NO WAIT. We offer many of the same services available in an emergency department including X-rays, IV's and EKG's.
For non-life-threatening conditions, Village Health is the obvious choice in North Macomb and surrounding counties!

We also provide comprehensive occupational health including DOT Examinations, pre-employment physicals drug screens, BAT and care of the injured worker. And it's all available with our extended hours!

With each season there is a shift in illnesses and injuries. At Village Health, we have a spacious back parking lot allowing your truckers to drive in one end, park, get a quick DOT exam, and drive out the other end!

At Village Health, DOT = VIP. Only $130 per examination and we send the results to the FMCSA portal before the driver leaves our facility. Bus drivers welcome too!

Village Health is Macomb County’s only 24-hour Family and Urgent Care Center In addition to urgent treatment of all minor emergencies and most lacerations and fractures, we provide comprehensive family practice care 24/7 every day of the year! We know it’s not always easy to get in to see a doctor. That’s why a caring physician is ready to see you whenever it fits your schedule. No appointment is necessary. We’ll see you in a matter of minutes, not days or weeks. Village Health is also a comprehensive Occupational Health center providing around the clock care for the injured worker. We also perform a full range of drug testing and employment physicals. Independently-owned and operated, Village Health is located inside the Orchard View Medical Complex on Thirty Mile Rd. between Old Van D**e and M-53. We accept most insurances but also offer a very reasonable rate plan for our private pay patients.
