Cold and flu season is rolling in… and we need to talk. 🦠

Here’s the thing massage isn’t rest when you’re sick.

As many of you know, I pour my heart, time, and ongoing education into the work I do. With continued training and deeper experience in stretch therapy, personal training, and nutrition, I’m constantly growing—so I can give you my very best.

Starting today, July 1st, there will be a small adjustment in service pricing at K&A Massage Therapy. My goal is always to keep wellness accessible, while also honoring the value of the care, knowledge, and intention behind each session.
