✨As the longest night of the year approaches, and a New Moon placed in the same weekend the three of us felt a pull to create something intimate, warm, and meaningful — a place to land during the swirl of the season.

A night to slow down.
A night to breathe.
A night to remember the parts of ourselves that get quiet this time of year… and the ones that get loud.

Together, we’re weaving movement, inner work, sound, story, connection, and a little bit of seasonal magic into a cozy, candlelit evening:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Melissa — grounding you in your body with restorative, intuitive movement to help you settle and release
🌙 Dawn — guiding a gentle inner journey with parts work, hypnotherapy, and narrative reflection.
🔔 Candice — wrapping the night in warm, restorative sound to soothe your nervous system and help everything integrate.

This isn’t a big event. It’s not meant to be.
It’s a small circle, a soft container, a chance to reconnect with yourself and with others who are moving through this season too.

We’re bringing a deeply cozy, restorative, limited-spot
Winter Solstice + New Moon Mini Retreat on Friday, December 19th -
to the community, and we’re not quite ready to spill all the details just yet…

But we do want to keep the anticipation building.
Because this one is going to be special. And much needed self care amidst the holiday chaos.
