Day 1 of my continuing education is complete 🙌 Today I dove into Emotional Body Mapping and Myofascial Flow, all through a trauma-informed lens. It’s incredible to explore how our bodies hold experiences and how gentle, mindful techniques can help release and restore balance. Excited to see what Day 2 brings tomorrow!
