At The Villages at Oak Ridge, every day is a day to show love to our Residents. Our recent Family Night brought residents, families, and staff together for a special evening of an Italian spaghetti dinner, wine, music, and even some dancing — creating memories for our families. We also celebrated excellence by crowning King & Queen from our Legacy, Assisted Living and our Health Center communities: Paul & Ruby, Bob & Lorene and Dan & Susan, who reigned over the evening.

February Fun on Legacy Way has kept us celebrating all month! Starting with our Legacy Family Valentine Dinner, then a Family Night with a live band, our elegant Winter Gala, sprinkled in with a Social Hour each week, this has been a full month with still a week left! Here are a few snapshots of those events. But the most meaningful things we do with our Legacy Way friends are not captured by photos but by moments. Needs a listening ear? Check. Need someone to bring out a smile? We can do that. Have tears that need a shoulder to fall onto? Here's ours. And hugs that don't need a doctor's appointment to get? What a fun day! Pat dreamt of a day out gambling at her favorite casino. So she went to French Lick Casino for some gambling fun. Enjoyed lunch at the Power Plant Restaurant where she celebrated her $60 winnings with her favorite drink a Bloody Mary. Then off to shop in the Boutiques for a souvenir sweatshirt.
