Our Certified Home Health Aides may assist, provide support and/or perform the following services:
Personal care, Incontinence care, use of special equipment transfers, prescribed exercise regimes, meal preparation,
laundry, grocery shopping, companionship, errands, light housekeeping, observation & reporting of physical changes, respite, medication reminder.

The position is for a Per Diem Registered Nurse, Monday-Friday varying days/hours to supervise Home Health Aides in clients’ homes during aide’s scheduled times throughout Warren County. Must have flexibility with schedule during day shift hours (8:00-4:00). Great opportunity for someone looking to supplement income. Competitive pay rates and PTO time. Nursing Supervisory visits are done once every 60 days to all clients.
Requirements:
Must have license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey, and carry professional liability insurance.
Must have minimum of one year experience in home and/or geriatric care.

The position is for a Part Time Nursing Department Supervisor responsible for supervising all agency nursing staff and CHHA’s; Intake/Case Management Responsibilities; Conducting/Overseeing all in-services; Maintain all pertinent health records/evaluations for CHHA staff; Responsible for quarterly quality analysis reports and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. Competitive pay rates and PTO time.

There is also a caregiver directed option, so that you can pay for services or items that make caregiving easier and be reimbursed! The funds are limited, call the office to see if you’re eligible!
