A toddler can learn to up TEN words per DAY during a language spurt? This is why being mindful of your language (not just avoiding the 'bad words' but by actively teaching them new words!), ensuring you're reading, and speaking to our kiddos throughout every day is so important.

Literacy truly begins in infancy and it shapes their language for the rest of their lives!

Take a peek at the 🍎curriculum🍎 we've been up to!

From paint projects to fine motor peg boards for the toddlers, all the way to water science and messy 'experiments' on the playground, our kiddos have been busy.

Learning through play is one of the most effective ways children learn about cause and effect, STEM, and build the muscles and neural pathways they need for future development.

It's so much fun to work so hard, and they don't even know it!

As the excitement of the new school year settles, our classrooms are buzzing with learning, laughter, and seasonal fun — from Thanksgiving crafts to early winter celebrations. ✨

It’s never ~too late~ to join in! Children build important social, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills all year long — and every day brings new opportunities to grow, discover, and connect. 🌟

Many of our rooms that were full in August now have a few openings available for families ready to jump in before the holidays.

Today, our Northstar kids are learning about what it means to be brave and thankful.

We honor all the veterans in our community — parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors — who have served our country with courage and love.

Our classrooms spent time talking about what a “hero” means, and the children shared the sweetest answers: “Someone who helps,” “Someone who keeps us safe,” “Someone who’s kind.” 💙

To all who have served, and to the families who support them — thank you for showing us what true courage looks like.

We’re so excited to share our Halloween Trunk or Treat Raffle! This year, we’re giving away a super soft Minky Couture Blanket. perfect for snuggling up on those chilly fall nights! 🍂

Tickets are $5 each, and every penny raised will go toward our Christmas Giving Tree, helping local families in need this holiday season. 🌲❤️
