FREE THANKSGIVING MEALS
from 1 - 4 pm (or till meals last)
(call to reserve a meal must pick up between 1- 4 pm)
Meal consists of Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable, Stuffing, Gravy, Cranberry Relish & Dessert
Limit 4 meals per family

🌟 Caregiver Month Skin Care Education Event! 🌟

Being a caregiver is a huge responsibility — and so many in our community are caring for aging parents, loved ones, or are focused on their own skin health as they get older.

Join us at Gibson’s Gym on Monday, November 17th at 10am for a complimentary skin care education morning with coffee, snacks & great conversation! ☕️😊

This session will focus on skin care for fragile & maturing skin — whether it’s for YOUR health or for someone you care for at home.

We will cover:
• Basic skin care & preventing skin breakdown
• Keeping bladder & bowels healthy
• Home safety tips & modifications for older or frail loved ones

🔥 Competition Weekend Success! 🔥

Please join us in congratulating two of our own — Gibsons Fitness employee Mike Duckworth and member Dan Cruz — who took the stage this weekend at the NPC Eastern USA Championships!

Mike had an incredible showing, placing:
🏆 2nd – Open Middleweight
🏆 4th – Novice
🏆 5th – Classic Physique Open Class A

Dan also stepped on stage and looked absolutely phenomenal — we couldn’t be more proud of the hard work and discipline both of these guys put in day after day.

These results are a true reflection of consistency, dedication, and relentless effort — both inside and outside the gym.

If you see them around the club, make sure to congratulate them! 💪🔥

In light of the government shutdown, Gibson’s Fitness Center will be donating $1 from each personal training session purchased in the month of November! This money will go directly to the Washington area food banks, which will inevitably be hit hard in the coming weeks.
All sessions purchased by current clients and any new clients, will count!
