First Choice Solutions is honored to have received a $20,000 Community Good Grant which will help to provide cribs, carseats, diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, medical supplies for pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing/treatment, parenting and life-skills education and so much more for the men, women, and children that we serve. We are so thankful to partner with Option Line. When someone in crisis calls our office after-hours, they will always reach a LIVE counselor, not a recording. Someone who will talk with them, counsel them, add an appointment to our calendar for them, or give them referrals to help meet their immediate needs. And importantly, someone who speaks their language. We are thankful to be impacting lives 24/7 through valuable partnerships like .

In 2025, Heartbeat International’s 24/7 helpline, Option Line, surpassed over 2 million connections—more than 5 times the year before. This milestone belongs to you. With over 2 million calls answered, Option Line is ready to provide life-affirming pregnancy help when needed. Extending the reach, strengthening the mission, and ensuring every woman gets help—right when she needs it.

🏵 What a thoughtful, perfectly-timed splash of sunshine and joy! Last Monday was a difficult day at the office. The next day, this beautiful gift arrived with a note. Family Life Services of Washington, doing business as First Choice Solutions, is honored to be 1 of 16 organizations who received a grant from Being for Others Health & Wellness Foundation. This grant will provide support for our Medical Services Project which provides essential free medical services, including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, and prenatal support for women and families experiencing unplanned pregnancies in Daviess and surrounding counties. We would like to publicly thank BFO for this incredible blessing!

BFO Concludes Inaugural Grant Year with 16 New Awards Supporting Community Health and Well-Being

JASPER, IN — The Being for Others Health and Wellness Foundation (BFO) is pleased to announce the recipients of its third and final grant cycle of 2025, awarding 16 organizations whose projects advance health, well-being, and community resilience across BFO’s eight-county Southwest Indiana service region.

With this final cycle, BFO fulfills its 2025 commitment to invest just over $650,000 in community-based programs—marking the completion of the Foundation’s first year of grantmaking.

“Our final cycle of the year highlights the incredible depth of innovation and compassion present across our region,” said Christian Blome, President of BFO. “These organizations are addressing root causes of health challenges while building long-term systems of support that will strengthen our communities for years to come.”

Every human being has inherent dignity, from conception until natural death. God, the Author of life, has created all humans in His image and likeness.
