Giving Tuesday Daviess County is just around the corner! On Tuesday, December 2, Our Community Foundation invites everyone to join the 24-hour celebration of generosity and community spirit by supporting one of the local nonprofits participating in Giving Tuesday Daviess County. As in years past, the Foundation is providing an online donation platform through its website for local nonprofits at no cost to the participating organizations.

This year’s participating nonprofits include:

Donations can be made online all day at localforever.org on December 2. Donors may also contribute to any of the charitable funds held by Our Community Foundation as part of their Giving Tuesday gift.

Giving Tuesday Daviess County begins at midnight on December 2 and runs for 24 hours. Final results will be announced after the event. Follow GivingTuesday DaviessCounty for all the updates!

Safe Haven Baby Boxes Thank you Monica for allowing God to redeem your story, and in so doing, change the story of so many precious children, in our state, our nation, and around the world! All for HIS glory!

Our Founder, Monica Kelsey, has been awarded the 2025 Torchbearer Award. She is one of only four women selected for their dedication to making a lasting impact in Indiana through courage, leadership, and service. ❤️
Congratulations, Monica! We are honored to work alongside you to end infant abandonment. Our home state now has 150 Baby Box locations dedicated to providing anonymity for mothers in crisis and keeping their babies safe. Since 2017, 30 mothers have used our Indiana Baby Boxes to safely surrender their infants. Your tireless efforts to serve both mother and child have made these milestones possible.
