LifeQuest, Inc. Welcome to LifeQuest, Inc! We are a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program. Office Hours are M-F 8:30am-2:30pm. Feel free to also call us at 252-975-8080.

LifeQuest, Inc. is a Psychosocial Rehabilitation program in Washington, NC. We provide rehabilitative treatment on Monday-Friday (8:30-2:30). The purpose of our program is to assist those who have experienced a mental health setback, with regaining functioning and participating in the community settings of their choice. The LifeQuest, Inc. page exists for the purpose of informing the community about the program, as well as upcoming events. This page is also an educational tool for the community, in efforts to minimize the stigma associated with mental illness, as well as advocate for those who experience obstacles relating to mental health.

We are excited to announce “Puffer Fish” wins 1st place!!!!!! Thank you to everyone who voted! It was a fun way to celebrate creative collaboration while having a little friendly competition! We are so excited and can’t wait to see everyone there! We would love for you to put us on your calendar and tell your friends! Several school groups will be attending the Wednesday matinee, so we decided to open it up to everyone this year!
