Congratulations Shannon Marczak, CNA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.
Shannon is a Certified Nursing Assistant and is much more than that for residents, families, and fellow employees!
Shannon started with PVNR over five years ago and has been a CNA since 2020. She worked in childcare, taking care of families in need, worked in retail, and various factories prior to finding her calling as a CNA. She knew that she wanted to help people, so she decided to try a CNA class. Shannon said, “I believe and trust in what is meant for me.”
Shannon also shared, “Making a difference is something that I believe is everyone’s calling in life, no matter the career they might have. Every day, I bring sense of humor to work, because laughter is the best medicine. I love making others award of their value and worth, and that they are the reason I’m inspired every day!”
Shannon has 3 children who have always been her world. She is blessed to be a grandma too. In her free time, she loves to read books, write, and collect anything regarding Marilyn Monroe. She is the perfect example of the Quest core values through her consistent passion to help others and make them smile. One of her favorite quotes is from Mother Theresa - “A life not lived for others is not a life.” Her favorite Bible verse is from Philippians 4:13 - I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.
