A common sign of depression is a lack of motivation. When that happens, even the smallest tasks can feel overwhelming.

If this is something you’re experiencing, please meet yourself with compassion. Depression is not a personal failure, and your worth is not measured by productivity. Getting out of bed when your mind and body don’t want to is an accomplishment.

A few gentle reminders:
• Keep routines simple and buildable
• Break tasks into very small steps
• Celebrate small wins (they count!)
