We are a federally funded healthcare program which allows us to offer a wide range of services to our patients. We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.

At Agape Health Services, we believe everyone deserves access to essential vaccines — no insurance required.
Our Washington Clinic proudly participates in the Pfizer Institutional Patient Assistance Program, allowing us to offer select Pfizer vaccines completely FREE for uninsured patients.

Available at NO COST:

💙 Abrysvo – RSV vaccine
✨ The only RSV vaccine approved for pregnant women to help protect their babies before birth.
💙 Comirnaty – COVID-19 vaccine
💙 Penbraya – Meningitis vaccine
💙 Prevnar 20 – Pneumonia vaccine

Eligibility Is Simple:

✔️ No need to show proof of U.S. citizenship
✔️ Must be a U.S. resident
✔️ Must have no insurance
✔️ Household income below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)

🌟 Supporting Our Future Innovators! | Inner Banks STEM Center Fundraiser 💙

On Saturday, December 6th, Agape Health Services was honored to attend the Inner Banks STEM Center Fundraiser Dinner & Dance — an incredible evening dedicated to expanding opportunities for youth across Eastern North Carolina.

The Inner Banks STEM Center plays a vital role in empowering students through hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math programs. We were grateful to stand alongside so many community partners, educators, and supporters who share a passion for investing in our future leaders.

✨ A special thank you to the Washington Civic Center for hosting this event, Shep's Grill for catering, & Inner Banks STEM Center for organizing such a meaningful event and for the important work you do year-round.

📣 2-Hour Delay – Tuesday, December 9th.

Due to inclement weather, all Agape Health Services locations will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, December 9th. All clinics will reopen at 10am.

This includes:
• Washington Clinic
• Plymouth Clinic
• Williamston Clinic
• Roanoke River Orthopedics

❄️ If you have an appointment scheduled, our team will reach out with any updates or adjustments as needed.

Our Agape Mobile Unit will be rolling through the parade route to represent our clinics, services, and commitment to community health in Eastern North Carolina. 💙
