• Serve as the senior liaison between TrueScripts and our clients
• Lead strategic account teams (client success, clinical, analytics) to deliver on service and satisfaction
• Manage client renewals, retention, and growth
• Oversee onboarding of new clients — working with brokers, TPAs, data vendors
• Collaborate internally across analytics, clinical, account management, and business development
• Dive into claims data and financials to find trends, cost-saving opportunities, and insights
• Lead client meetings, trainings, reviews, and presentations
• Use our proprietary tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms with confidence

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲:
• 5+ years in account management or client success in a PBM environment (or in a similar client-facing health / benefits role)
• Proven experience managing employer groups or health plan accounts
• Strong communicator — capable of building relationships internally and externally
• Comfortable presenting, problem-solving, and interacting with executive-level stakeholders
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to travel ~25% when needed

TrueScripts — a pharmacist-founded, fully transparent Prescription Benefit Manager — is looking for a Staff Accountant to support our growth and make a real impact.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
• Handle client invoicing: account setup, maintenance, reporting, audits
• Produce client reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc)
• Manage collections, apply payments, reconcile A/R
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements
• Calculate commissions and quarterly rebates
• Support cash flow management and perform general accounting tasks

• Troubleshoot problems in our adjudication system and escalate when needed
• Provide administrative support to internal teams including Client Success, Executive Leadership, and Member Care
• Log and document claim outcomes, prior authorizations, invoices, and reporting
• Participate in QA testing, client transitions, and ongoing process improvements

• Preferred: Experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent
