If you love helping people, solving problems, and walking members through their prescription benefits with patience and clarity, this role is for you. Our Member Care Advocates answer questions, troubleshoot pharmacy claims, explain plan details, and make sure every person feels supported.

You’ll work closely with members, pharmacies, and physician offices, assist with claims processing, support client transitions, and keep detailed documentation and reporting. Pharmacy tech experience is helpful, but what really matters is strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

We’re hiring a 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 at TrueScripts.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for client invoicing, reporting, and account reconciliation that support our clients, brokers, and internal teams. From setting up and maintaining client accounts to preparing invoices, reports, commissions, and rebates, your work will help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely financial reporting.

You’ll partner closely with Client Success and other teams to support client onboarding, respond to reporting requests, manage collections, and assist with cash management activities. This is a detail-driven role for someone who enjoys working with data, processes, and financial reporting in a collaborative environment.
