It was a lucky lunch for the Arcadia Team at the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce luncheon! We were able to spend time listening to the Camas Public Library and the Washougal branch of FVRLibraries - Fort Vancouver Regional Library District and all the great programs they have to offer the community.

Our Activity Director, Bailey, hosted the cutest tea party with our residents and her crochet students—and let’s just say… the tea was hot and the vibes were even better. 💅☕

There was laughter, stories, a little crafting, and plenty of “tea” shared across generations. Moments like these are what make our community so special. 💕

Huge thank you to Bailey and her crochet crew for bringing the fun—we’re already ready for the next tea party! 🧶✨

Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is looking for a strong, experienced LPN to step into our Resident Services Director (RSD) role.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job—this is a leadership position for someone who knows assisted living, can support a team, and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• WA State LPN license
• Experience in Assisted Living (this is a must)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and keep things running smoothly
• Someone who can prioritize, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Overseeing care staff and daily clinical operations
• Supporting residents and ensuring quality care
• Managing care plans and compliance
• Working closely with leadership to keep the building running strong

We’re a fast-paced building with a supportive team and a leadership group that believes in clear expectations, accountability, and backing each other up.

Today our residents enjoyed a fun Oregon Day celebration at Arcadia at Lookout Ridge! 🍷🧀

The afternoon featured a menu inspired by our neighboring state, with Oregon-themed foods and wines for residents to sample and enjoy together. Residents spent the afternoon sharing great conversation, trying new flavors, and enjoying time together.

At Arcadia, we love creating themed events that bring people together and add a little extra fun to the week.

It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the flavors of the Pacific Northwest!
