Trained with Ritual Moves Mat Pilates in Austin. People are often surprised when they hear how intense Pilates teacher training really is. This isn’t a weekend course or a quick certification. A fully trained Pilates instructor studies and practices for hundreds of hours.

Pilates is so much more than just movement — it’s anatomy, biomechanics, breath, and precision. Teacher training takes time because we dive deep into how the body works: muscles, joints, alignment, injuries, modifications, and the science behind every exercise. It’s not happening overnight, but I’m excited to continue to learn with the best!
