Okay friends — the days are getting shorter, the socks are getting fuzzier, and the sun is starting to play hard to get. 😬

But here’s the thing: the dark isn’t the enemy. It’s the cozy, magical space where we get to slow down, settle in, and spend more time with what’s going on within.

This month at Hatcher Pass Yoga, we’re leaning into the shadow — lighting candles, flowing slower, and finding what truly sparks our inner fire.
