And that’s a wrap, folks! What an epic first annual retreat this turned out to be. My heart is so full it might qualify as a carry-on item at this point. I sure hope yours are too, because this week was something truly special.

and — the ladies who made this an absolute joy. I had to pinch myself more than once just to confirm this wasn’t some bliss-induced yoga hallucination. Turns out… it was real life. And wow has everything you want for a luxurious vacation!

A huge thank you to our kitchen angels — Trula, Terrie, and Marcie — for keeping us nourished, grounded, and very well fed (seriously, I may never recover from how good everything was).

And to the cleaning crew — you know who you are 😘 — the quiet heroes restoring order while the rest of us floated somewhere between savasana and snack time.

Most of all, thank you to every single one of you who showed up with open hearts, open minds, and a beautiful sense of humor. You made this retreat what it was. You made it magic.

Same time next year? My heart votes yes❣️❣️

We traded our parkas for flip flops! Day one of HPY Arizona Retreat was a success! Everyone arrived safe and our first pool side yoga practice was a hit! Stay tuned for more shenanigans as we venture out and explore this beautiful desert in its super bloom! 🌺 🌵 ☀️ 🧘‍♀️

If we are going to have dark nights- then thank goodness we have the Northern Lights! They were certainly magical and mysterious last night.
