☀️Provider Spotlight 🔦

Dr. Stephen Kujansuu grew up in the rural Upper Peninsula of Michigan and moved to Alaska with his wife after completing his OB/GYN residency while serving in the Air Force. He practices full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology, caring for both low- and high-risk pregnancies, as well as evaluating and managing gynecologic concerns such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, prolapse, and urinary incontinence.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kujansuu and his family have fallen in love with the beauty of Alaska. He enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. A father of six, he and his wife are raising their younger three children here, while their older three are in college. His favorite season is fall—especially the weeks leading up to Halloween.
