Our instructors are some of the coolest people we know! Last weekend .ld and ran the Eklutna Ice Breaker Race and hosted her first Sound Bath here at the studio! 🏃‍♀️🙏🏼👏🏼✨

We just think they are so awesome! Not only do they inspire us to be better in the studio but they inspire us to chase our dreams outside of the studio as well! 🤩

If you’re interested in any of these extracurriculars keep following along and we will be sure to share any and all details! Many of our instructors love doing hikes and races during the spring and summer and Cassi is already planning her next sound bath - and they would love for you to join in.💪🏼🔥

Two weeks from today (April 7) we are releasing our Workout About It – Spring Collection.👏🏼❤️💪🏼⚡️

Workout About It was created from a simple idea:
that movement can be a tool — not just for physical strength, but for processing, regulating, and taking care of your mental health too.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about showing up.
Moving through what you’re feeling.
And giving yourself a way forward.

This collection is also about something bigger than just what you wear or use in the studio. It’s a reflection of this community — people who show up for themselves and for each other.

Proceeds will go back into causes and organizations that support our community — because taking care of ourselves and giving back can exist at the same time. Our spring collection proceeds will be donated to our friends at 💛

This spring drop includes 4 limited edition pieces:
• a hat
• a workout mat
• a towel
• a t-shirt

Quantities are intentionally small — with half available online and half available in-studio.

This is just the beginning.
We can’t wait to share it with you.

Join a strength training group and see (and feel) what we’re talking about! In 60 minutes these sessions combine traditional strength training exercises and functional movement to create one effective workout and one fun hour.

All exercises and workouts are scalable, meaning they are great for people of all ages and stages of life. Our coaches are some of the best and are always ready to modify any exercises to suit your body or give you an even bigger challenge as they see you are ready for it.

If you enjoyed our mindfulness exercise from the other day about finding joy, we’ve got another one for you today.✨

🏆 Setting goals, intentions and having dreams is a vital step in cultivating the life you hope to live, but we also have to actively take steps towards making these dreams happen! We find it helpful to break our goals down into 5 minute actions, small things we can do daily that move the marker a little bit closer to accomplishment.

👉🏼 The practice:
- bring your goal to your mind
- what’s a 5 minute action you can do today to get you closer to that goal? Can you cultivate a few more for the next few days?
- bonus, write the down! A journal, sticky note, note in your phone, it can be helpful to see the words in front of you and have the reminder!

What started as a flicker of the imagination and a business in the bottom of a home has grown into a community of people who believe true strength, comes from within.

Innergy isn't just about the work you do during your yoga practice or workout, it's about the life you live outside the studio. We come to our mats to connect and breathe. We give full effort and attention to all details in our workouts to make our bodies capable of creating a life we love. We know we build strength from programmed resistance, but we believe true strength is something you already have inside you.

We are here to help you find it, harness it and live it for the rest of your life.

We strength train to build our muscles up, we practice yoga to connect our body to our minds learning how to move with more mindfulness in our lives, and we cycle to remind ourselves that no matter what the road brings us, we are always in control. The combination of all of our classes creates a life that is more than worth living, a mind full off positivity and a body capable of anything it’s ever imagined.
