Turns out, all we needed was a little red light therapy.❤️😍👏🏼 Here at when the red lights are on, the tension is up and we are getting to the top of that hill!

3 benefits of hill climbing:
💪🏼Stronger muscles! Specifically those that drive hip and leg extension, hello quads glutes and calves!

2026-2027 FALL/WINTER 200HR YTT

We’re officially opening applications for our Fall/Winter 2026–2027 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

This is a weekend-based, modular training designed for those who want to deepen their practice, build confidence, and learn how to teach yoga in an inclusive, sustainable, real-world way — without putting life on pause.

Over the course of the training, we’ll cover everything from yoga history and anatomy to cueing, sequencing, meditation, strength training, pre/postnatal considerations, functional movement for all ages, and the business side of yoga.

✨ Training runs October–February
✨ Payment plans available
✨ Tuition includes course manual + access to weekly yoga classes during training

Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to immerse yourself more fully in your practice, we’d love to walk this journey with you.

What started as a flicker of the imagination and a business in the bottom of a home has grown into a community of people who believe true strength, comes from within.

Innergy isn't just about the work you do during your yoga practice or workout, it's about the life you live outside the studio. We come to our mats to connect and breathe. We give full effort and attention to all details in our workouts to make our bodies capable of creating a life we love. We know we build strength from programmed resistance, but we believe true strength is something you already have inside you.

We are here to help you find it, harness it and live it for the rest of your life.

We strength train to build our muscles up, we practice yoga to connect our body to our minds learning how to move with more mindfulness in our lives, and we cycle to remind ourselves that no matter what the road brings us, we are always in control. The combination of all of our classes creates a life that is more than worth living, a mind full off positivity and a body capable of anything it’s ever imagined.
