True North Recovery, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of our Telehealth Adult Mental Health Outpatient Program — an innovative and accessible way to receive high-quality mental health care from anywhere in Alaska.
Delivered entirely through a secure, virtual platform, this program eliminates barriers such as travel, scheduling, and distance — making care more accessible, flexible, and client-centered.
We understand that some individuals need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require residential care. This fully virtual outpatient program bridges that gap — providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment in both individual and group therapy settings.
Services Include:
• Integrated Behavioral Health Assessments
• Individual Therapy Sessions
• Group Therapy (topics include coping skills, mindfulness, communication, trauma-informed care, and more)
Who We Serve:
Adults with a primary mental health diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or PTSD.
Clients with co-occurring substance use disorders in remission are also welcome.
