Sarah studied Massage Therapy in 2006 with the Oriental Healing Arts Center here in Anchorage, AK. Massage Services are available in her new Treatment Room, or she can bring her mobile table to your home for added convenience. All sessions begin with the basis of a relaxation massage and then tailored to each clients specific needs. Sarah loves to use doTERRA's Essential Oils to aid in relaxation, pain relief, inflammation reduction, skin care, and emotional balance.

This is a small, intimate group (only 8 people) and a full 2 hours of guided rest, gentle movement, and mindful touch — not a typical yoga class.

She’s in between worlds right now.

A part of her is leaving.

The raven.
The owl.
