As owner of Moose Creek Medical Clinic LLC, I need to elucidate about recent complaints on “MatSu Who Not To Use” regarding our clinic, our providers, our staff, and our standard of care… Typically, I would utilize my energy elsewhere, but tonight, you are in for a treat because I felt like investigating some of the complaints…
Things we will not apologize for:
~Taking excellent care of our patients!
~Standing strong and not allowing anyone to disrespect our staff, under any circumstances…
~Respecting our patients!
~Working incredibly hard day in & day out to provide our patients the best of the best that healthcare has to offer!

~Fun fact: There are always 2 sides to every Facebook comment.
~Fun fact: Your healthcare status can change drastically in a 5 year span & we do require that patients be seen on a yearly basis for nonscheduled medication refills. If our clinic has seen someone twice in 5 years, that is vastly different than stating we constantly required high dollar visits just to get medications. Please, by all means, report us for that! We have zero fear of audits…
~ Fun Fact: If your labwork shows your CBC, ferritin, folate, B12, CMP, thyroid panel to be completely normal with the exception of MCHC 31.2 (normal range 32-36), this does not mean you have any type of life threatening illness. You have a healthy lab panel! There is zero indication that there is anything life threatening & there is zero reason based off of these results for any provider to order iron infusions…
~Fun Fact: Our clinic is not federally funded. We are a private clinic. If you have outstanding balances with zero effort to make payments, do not show up for appointments or cancel without advanced notice to give us time to schedule someone in that appointment time, our clinic could not keep the doors open… My sleuth work tonight uncovered a recurrent theme involving “collections”~ take that for what it’s worth…
~Fun Fact: There is a huge difference between getting discharged as a patient for attempting insurance fraud & a provider saying you are discharged since what the provider is attempting to help you with isn’t working. Our clinic doesn’t work that way. If you are trying to commit insurance fraud, you are not welcome in our clinic and you can guarantee I will report you for it! If our providers are doing everything we can to help a patient with questions/results unanswered, we will assist in referring you to the proper providers/specialists! We are committed to doing everything we can for our patients!
~Fun Fact: If you are an angry adult & elect to throw books, coloring books, crayons & buckets at our staff when you are asked to pay a $3 co-pay, you will be discharged from our clinic!
~Fun Fact: Several people making negative comments have never been seen in our clinic!
~Fun Fact: Defamation is a term that means damaging the good reputation of someone, slander or libel. Defamation can become criminal & is punishable by law.
~Fun Fact: I don’t have any para-legals in my family, but my great gramps was a very prominent judge & my daughter is an attorney. I have many I would consider “chosen family” who are in the legal field. I don’t “tweak” anything. My staff does not “tweak” anything. Our charts are legal documents. The medical field focuses on facts. We take an oath & we stand by that. Our clinic has the upmost respect for our legal teams, our law enforcement, & those in the community who constantly strive to make this world a brighter place!
