New electronic billing information!

🚨Attention! We have some awesome news!!!

Reading Write Alaska can now send billing statements through email and text for those for those who have chosen to be 'opted in' to our electronic billing system!

📲What does this mean for you, our clients?

- Families may have received an automated text or email welcoming them to the updated system. Do not worry, this was NOT a payment request, just an invitation to our new messaging system.

-Electronic statements will be sent this week by text or email.

-If a statement isn’t opened within 7 days, a paper copy will be mailed automatically, ensuring timely notification to families.

-Payments can be made through the link in the electronic statement or by phone at any time.
