Here at Bee Well, we see women during all stages of pregnancy (even before conception!) to facilitate an optimal environment for baby in their bodies and nervous systems. We don't add or subtract anything- we trust in the body's ability to change and adapt, only removing interference so that the body can function better. Our role in pregnancy is to facilitate better adaptation of mom's body, more trust in baby's innate timing, and a deeper connection between the two. 🤰

How do you put greens into your meals? Cilantro and green onions are a staple in our home though we love having any and all leafy herbs and greens on hand. Sometimes we buy in bulk and freeze, sometimes we mix in butter and put away, sometimes we simply eat them alongside a meal. I also keep dried cilantro and parsley on hand too just in case the fresh and frozen run out. Do you put greens in most of your meals? 🌿💚
