Hello Everyone!
I know it’s been awhile since I’ve shared here. Been working on other things with other businesses and not so much coaching right now and still the goal is the same: maintain Body-Soul-Spirit Health. ❤️ 🏋️♂️ 🧠 🌱
I think of this page as a place to share inspiration and great resources for all things health and hear from others on what’s working for you!!
So I’ll probably be sharing some ideas, links, resources, recipes, (maybe even some lives who knows), basically just anything that’s helping me maintain health and strength.
Today it’s all about the body - the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Physical health is so key if we are going to be able to fulfill our assignments, right?
I’ve heard it said: “if you have your health you have everything.”
My doctor told me I needed to do HIIT 2-3x per week so that is the goal in this season. After turning 50, it has become even more important to work on flexibility and mobility.
Since I’m not a gym person I have found videos that I like and workout to them at home. I put them on the big screen and then listen to own music on my headphones. HIIT is great because it’s quick!
