Follow these simple steps to book your massage and use your health insurance benefits:

1️⃣ Get a Prescription
Ask your doctor or chiropractor for a prescription for massage therapy. Have them fax it to us at 907-615-3002. It must include:
✅ Diagnosis
✅ Duration (ex: 6 weeks)
✅ Frequency (ex: 1-2x/week)
✅ Signature

2️⃣ Verify Coverage
Call your insurance provider to confirm they cover massage therapy with a prescription. Ask if pre-approval is needed and what your copay or deductible might be.

3️⃣ Book Your Appointment
Book online, complete the health insurance intake form, and we’ll see you at your appointment! 💆‍♀️📋✨
