In the coming months, I'm going to be cutting way back on the herbals make.

I currently make over 100 different tinctures, including single herb and blends. I also make salves, balms, ointments, rubs,acetums, glycerites, oxymels, teas, tisanes etc etc etc

I'm going to go down to just the most needed, most asked for and most used.

I no longer make custom orders at all.

The main reasons are energy, time and space. I just can't keep up anymore. MS and age. And running out of room. 💚

There are many other wonderful herbalists in the area. If I don't make it, I'm sure one of them does.

Mental illness

In my opinion, 100% of the population has, has had or will have some form of mental illness.

Illness is illness.

There's no reason whatsoever to shame or be ashamed.

We're all just people trying our best.

If you're in need, please find someone to speak to. Especially if you're feeling violent in any way.

Keep going.

Don't ever give up.

We need you.

On Sunday Oct 5th, SunDog Crew (Herbalists Without Boarders team) met for the last time.

CT, who started SunDog Crew a few years ago, has decided to disband. He took part in Sesrch & Rescue after the Texas flooding and it took a great toll on him.

He has decided to retire from everything and head into the woods. Much needed and well deserved. Much love and healing, my brother 💚

CT and I have been friends for around 30 years.

Sherry and Carla (wonderful mother/daughter team) are joining another HWB crew. They will be an amazing asset to anything they're involved with.

I was graciously invited to join as well but have declined.

This was not a surprise, we've been discussing for a while. Even so, it leaves a hollow feeling.

I am so honored to have been a part of such a powerful force.

Earth touch our feet.
Water touch our tongues.
Air touch our lungs.
Fire touch our hearts.
Spirit touch our souls.
