At One Ocean Yoga, we believe in the power of consciousness and connection -- mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We provide extraordinary yoga in Anusara and Iyengar styles taught by ISHTA, Himalayan Institute, Kundalini, and Kripalu-certified and influenced instructors. And we offer all this in an exceptional setting open to fresh air and the pulsations of nature. Located in the middle of the peaceful Bridgehampton horse, farm, and wine country, our tented outdoor studio overlooks acres of vineyards and a playful sculpture garden. During the winter months, we bring our practice inside for warmth and balance. No matter your level as a practitioner, we invite you to discover the beauty, wisdom, and inner clarity to be found through yoga and meditation.
