For almost a year and a half, most of us have been at home more than ever since before kindergarten.
Weight gain and mental health has become a concern for millions of people.
Quarantine 15, 25, 50.
Not experiencing human touch.
If you are an emotional eater like myself, being home near the fridge and panty might seem hard without checking what’s in there.
Here is a thought. You (you!) are totally in charge of what food you choose to bring into your environment. That’s great news.
Next time when you are shopping, and start to pick up a snack or dessert that you know is not healthy – ask yourself does it get to come home with me? Maybe not.
Another way to look at it is... that if on average most of the calories in your grocery cart are fat or carbs, then most of the calories you consume in the long run will be from fat or carbs.
