In the ortho world we like to say teeth have a mind of their own! Teeth will always want to go back to their original position, so wearing your retainer for 8 hours a day is the best way to make sure those teeth stay in line! Nighttime for a lifetime!! 🌙 🦷

Missed a night? Wear it while you do homework , watch netflix or while doing chores around the house ! Anyway to get those hours! You got this!! 😃
