This morning, our students had an exciting visit from the local fire department and their amazing fire truck! They learned what to do in case of a fire, how to call 911, and important fire safety tips.

🌟 Staff Development Day 🌟

Today our team came together for a day focused on growth, collaboration, and connection!

We strengthened our skills through engaging sessions on Leadership, Dementia, and Behavior Plans, and had some friendly competition building the tallest tower out of marshmallows, spaghetti, and tape — teamwork at its finest! 🏗️

We also had the opportunity to meet with our President, Len Cipollone, to discuss agency updates and ask thoughtful questions about our work and mission.

Most importantly, we shared great food, plenty of laughs, and left the day feeling even more united as a team. 💪💙
