Welcome to my page, I'm Jennifer Aguirre, the owner and therapist at Metamorphosis Therapy Services.

I practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. EMDR is an alternative to traditional talk therapy in which Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) is used to desensitize and reprocess "stuck" memories influencing beliefs we have about ourselves, others, and the world. Talk therapy is still a part of EMDR, but if you feel like talk therapy alone has not been helpful for your symptoms, consider scheduling a session with me to practice EMDR sessions for 1 hour each. I take most commercial insurances such as Blue Cross, HAP, Aetna, Cigna, Priority Health and EAP programs. Private pay is $120/session.
