Change is in the air!!

As most of my clients know, we are expecting our first child at the end of May. What this means for us? Welcoming our sweet baby girl by loving on, taking care of, and bonding with her. I will be taking time off in June into July to heal and Love on our sweet baby girl.
What this means for clients? I am Hoping to be back as soon as I can to serve you all! But there will be a change in my schedule upon my return. Instead of daycare we are keeping her home with me (mom) during the day.

NEW HOURS will be the following:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm-8pm
Tuesday 9am-1pm
I will also start offering one Saturday a month.

I am hoping these new hours afford all clients the ability to continue to come in. I have appreciated all of you throughout the years, and I am excited to continue to serve you for many years to come!

These oils will benefit those experiencing stress, headaches/migraines, inflammation, insomnia, and pain. Essential oils promote healing and wellness alongside the modalities already implemented during your sessions.

I knew I had to add hot stones into my practice after reading about all the benefits. Using them during a massage promotes, pain/stress relief, and joint flexibility. They can also decrease muscle spasms/tension.

Golfer’s Elbow

The cause is repetitive stress, often by forceful wrist and finger motions. Despite the name this condition is not limited to just golfer’s.

Symptoms can include pain or stiffness, in the elbow and wrist. Sometimes numbness, tingling, and feeling weak in the hand.

To avoid this from affecting you, get a regular massage with forearm and wrist focus. Preventative care is just as important as coming in when you are already in pain.

An injury that occurs when the ankle rolls, twists, or turns in an abnormal way. This can stretch or tear the ligaments, that help hold the ankle bones in place. Symptoms include, swelling, pain, and limited range of motion. After seeking medical attention, and the swelling subsides, I am here to help.
