The message has been VERY CLEAR this past week. This seminar by Alan Watts popped up on my YouTube homepage this morning and it was just a final stamp of confirmation.
TRUST & TAKING CHANCES! The synchronicities are everywhere for me personally. Are you feeling it too because I welcome you to share your experiences over the past two weeks so that we can nerd out together! đ
Before I really get into this, I just want to thank everyone who is a part of the Tune Out & Tune In container. We have done 2 out of the 3 scheduled sessions and I am very excited about how the energy has been showing up. The Cord Cutting actually felt more like a gentle release than a climactic event - one of my clients explained that she actually went "offline" for a good portion of the meditation which simply means her body was in a complete state of reception and repair. This is actually quite common during deep energy clearing.
Last night, I did the Higher Self Connection activation and this one DEFINITELY felt more CHARGED! One of my attendees said she felt pulled into the energy and completely "ZONKED" out for a period and was totally immersed in the experience. During the discussion after the meditation, we actually came to find that there were some shared experiences visually and energetically. It was truly WILD.
The session started off with a brief explanation of what it means to channel into the Higher Self so of course I talked a lot about self trust and listening to that inner knowing within you. Now - mind you I've had this session planned for several weeks and was actually originally scheduled to do it LAST Wednesday, however like much of us the shifting of the seasons caught up to me and I just didn't have the voice to do it so I pushed it back. All I can say is that it was held exactly when it was meant to, right in the middle of all of this alignment I've been experiencing recently.
This all brings me to a really cool inquiry late last week that really gave me the opportunity to creatively write which is something I've become very fond of doing over the last few years. A dear friend reached out asking for some input on The Fool card in Tarot and my perspective of drawing it in my readings. Not only was I honored to receive such a request, but I couldn't help but chuckle at the fact that just days before I received her message, I purchased a brand new Tarot deck titled "The Fool". It's truly a visually stunning gold foil deck with holographic images. But when I opened them to give them the first shuffle I was completely surprised by how slippery, flimsy and flighty they are - almost wondering if I would be able to use them because of how difficult it is to handle them. As I started thinking about the energy of the card itself to provide my feedback - knowing that this card symbolises taking leaps of faith, trusting in the unpredictability of what the journey holds, and not fixating on how things should be - it occurred to me that they were flighty intentionally. I'm not meant to control them, I am meant to work with them. MUCH like what ended up becoming my writeup on the card itself - not gripping so tightly on a particular outcome that you miss all of the lessons, messages, and potential fun along the way. I will leave what I wrote below here for you to read if you'd like. I enjoyed writing it and felt it's worth sharing. đ
The Fool card to me is about taking chances, taking that leap of faith to start something new, to trust yourself. I think the energy of the card reflects as whimsical, spontaneous, carefree. In terms of reversal (blockages, alternative meanings) it can talk about making careless decisions or waltzing into a situation in life knowing that the results are going to reflect chaos or an outcome that is not for your highest and best â i.e. self-sabotage. So, in a sense, it essentially says âyouâve already walked this path, and you know where it leadsâŚitâs not great so perhaps itâs time to try something newâ.
Anytime this card comes up in readings, itâs always an opportunity for me to look at my client and remind them TO TAKE A CHANCE! Youâre not meant to worry about the finality of this journey right now; youâre meant to experience and learn something new about yourself right now. So often we get our minds set on end results â destination vs the journey itself. But one thing that I really try to focus on with my clientele is reminding them to bring focus back to the present. YES! Goals are important as they fuel us with ambition, give us direction to move forward, and reaching them can provide us with the empowerment of accomplishment. However, setting goals and just focusing on that moment of arrival is where many of us fall short because when we donât allow ourselves to focus on the here and now, that shift toward that moment WONâT happen. Imagine youâre on foot of a hike and you come to a point on the mountain where youâve reached the top and youâre looking in front of you seeing another mountain top that you want to get to, but the gap is simply too wide. Now there are many ways to get to that other point â you could build a bridge; you could navigate a path back down and around to climb your way to the top. But if you step forward without watching where your foot lands or if you try to jump acrossâŚyouâre going to fall. Yes, in theory those may seem easier and quicker, but when you see the full perspective of simpler, thereâs really nothing there to truly bridge the gap.
New paths can be intimidating, uncertain, and at times uncomfortable. But this is the part where we get to learn valuable lessons and knowledge. This is the part where we get to know ourselves better â who we are and who we arenât. You will better understand what can come with you and what weights and burdens can be left behind. There is a lot to gain along the way to our destinations that supports our individual growth. And when we do finally reach that destination, we are not only able to embody that level up, but we will hold more gratitude because of what we went through to get there. All of the challenges, all of the good feels will hold value just the same. So, in conclusion, I love when the Fool card draws because itâs the green light to explore and a (not so gentle) reminder that youâre not meant to have all of the answers just yet but instead find them along the way.
