Something really special is coming to ✨ The Om Garden ✨

For the past year, I’ve been quietly obsessed with the magic of Madre Luna — using her products in my own daily rituals, loving how intentional, clean, and powerful they feel.

And now… we’ll soon be carrying them right here at the studio. 🌿

I don’t bring just anything into our space. If it’s on our shelves, it’s because I truly use it, trust it, and believe in it. These products have been part of my personal practice for a full year — and I cannot wait for you to experience them too.

If you want to get in on the first round, we’re opening up pre-orders now. Quantities will be limited for our first shipment.

Message me or grab me at the studio to reserve yours. 💫

Ritual. Intention. Support your body naturally.

Need is human. Every one of us arrives in this world dependent — on care, food, shelter, love. To need is not weakness; it is the most honest expression of being alive. A society is measured not by how it treats abundance, but by how it responds to need.

Greed, however, is different. Need says enough to live.
Greed says more than I need, even if others have none.

The suffering we see around us is rarely born from people asking for too much compassion — it is born from systems, choices, and hearts that hoard more than they require while others struggle for basics.

Compassion feeds. Greed withholds.
Need reaches out. Greed closes fists.

The world does not break because some have too little.
It breaks because some refuse to share what they have more than enough of.

So never shame need — in yourself or in others.
Question instead the structures and mindsets that normalize excess beside deprivation.

Because healing begins not when need disappears,
but when greed loosens its grip.

By Friday night, your body is talking.
Tight shoulders. Achy hips. A nervous system that hasn’t quite exhaled all week.

Release & Restore is your invitation to finally let go.

This Friday at 7:30 PM, we’ll move slowly through myofascial release with lacrosse balls and foam rollers (I’ll have them for you — but bring your own if you prefer), soften into gentle gua sha, and then settle into deeply supported restorative yoga.

Props everywhere.
Breath steady.
Lights low.

The kind of practice that reduces pain, eases stress, quiets anxiety, and reminds your body it is safe to relax.

Bring your yoga mat, and if you have them, your own bolster or pillow and a blanket. The more supported you are, the deeper you can unwind.

End your week intentionally.
Come release what you’ve been carrying.
Let yourself be restored. 🤍
