Dr. Ingrid Feder and Melissa Gomez have been working together for several years, dedicated to improving the well-being or our community. Melissa is the office manager and has also been a nurse for many years, working in many different settings. We have applauded the State of Connecticut when it became the 17th state to enact an effective medical cannabis law on June 1, 2012, and since that time have been able to register many patients for medical cannabis. Finally, in July of 2021, Connecticut has legalized and decriminalized recreational cannabis. Even though this legislation has significantly improved access to safe cannabis, there are still many valid reasons to register for a medical cannabis card, not the least of which is greater legal protection as well as access to greater quality and potency of cannabis products which are essential for treatment in a myriad of medical conditions. Our rates are reasonable, our appointment times are very flexible and we will provide any assistance you may need to obtain your medical cannabis card. For instance, we have many elderly patients some of whom are not comfortable with the online tools needed to complete the registration process. As a result, we have helped many a patient to set up his or her very first email account as well as upload the required documents to the State of CT website. Additionally, we stay in contact with our patients throughout the year to assist with any problems that may arise from their use of medical cannabis.
