Meet Our Team

Tiffany is a 2019 graduate of the Maryville University where she completed a Family Nurse Practitioner program. She has been a nurse for 10 years. Tiffany received her LPN diploma from Northeast Iowa Community College and her Baccalaureate in Nursing from Allen College. She has experience with home infusions, patient education, and is a strong patient advocate. She is passionate about including patients in treatment planning and providing holistic patient care.

Alisha, a 2008 Doctor of Pharmacy graduate of Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, is an experienced pharmacist with a demonstrated history of working in sterile compounding, nonsterile compounding, infusion and retail pharmacy settings. Alisha received her hormone specialist training through PCCA. She is skilled in Hormone Replacement Therapy Consulting, Patient Counseling, Compound Formulation, and Infusion Services. Alisha is a strong advocate for personalized medicine and caring for the individual as a whole vs. treating only the disease. Alisha has been a member of the NuCara team since June of 2012.
